Delivery and transport
The items are delivered within 1 to 7 working days from the order throughout metropolitan France. This period is given as an indication and may vary depending on the availability of articles. The exceeding of this period may in no case be retained against Odaje or give rise to a termination of the contract or any compensation for damages. Beyond a period of one month from the date of shipment, Odaje will reimburse by bank transfer of the non-delivered goods. The packages are delivered by post, Mondial Relay or by an express carrier at the address indicated during the order. As such, Odaje is unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. The transfer of risks takes place at the time of delivery of the goods. Odaje cannot be held responsible in the event of contractual non -performance following a case of force majeure in particular, and without this being limiting, in the event of war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, problem problems import, strike, shortage, fire, earthquake, storm, flood.
Compliance and vices
The goods must be checked by the customer during delivery. Any reserves are carried on the delivery slip presented by the carrier or can be sent to contact@odaje.com within 48 hours. Complaints concerning the apparent defects of the goods delivered will only be taken into account if these are notified by email within 48 hours of delivery.
This shipment must include an explanatory letter from the customer and the goods concerned in their original packaging. Odaje undertakes to take over, exchange or reimburse the goods tainted with vice, without however being required to pay damages. Shipping costs are not borne by the customer.
Retraction rights
For products purchased online, the Customer has a period of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal of his order. The postmark or the date of the relevant receipt is the starting point for this period. The return or cancellation may concern all or part of the order. The return costs are the responsibility of Odaje for all returns in France and certain countries of the European Union. For all orders placed outside these countries, returns are the responsibility of the customer.
