These general conditions of sale apply to all sales of ODAJE products to the consumer via the www.odaje.com site. The order by the Customer implies acceptance of all of these General Conditions of Sale, these prevail on all other general conditions of sale except express acceptance of the seller.

Order

Articles visible on the site are available until stocks are exhausted. In the event of the start or collection aimed at ordering an unavailable item,  Odaje undertakes to offer a credit or reimburse the customer within 15 days.  Odaje undertakes to notify by email the customer who would have placed an unavailable article.

Price and payments

The prices applicable to orders are those presented on the site www.odaje.com at the time of the order. The prices are indicated TTC, excluding delivery costs, and governed by French law. Prices can be modified at any time by the seller, without notice, and in particular in the event of a change in tax or economic data. The items ordered must be paid in euros and online. The bank charges caused by payment are the responsibility of the customer. The goods delivered remain the property of the seller until perfect payment. Online payment is made by bank card via Payplug, by using a PayPal payment account, or by the payment method in 3 times via Alma. The means of payment accepted via our secure Payplug platform are all credit and debit cards such as Visa and Mastercard, European and international. This includes Electron (Visa), Maestro (Mastercard) and Bancontact cards. We also accept all the French cards on the CB network, even if they are not affiliated with Visa and Mastercard. The Customer can also make the payment of his order via the PayPal secure platform. These platforms comply with the regulations of the networks of cards accepted in force.

BILLING

The invoice is sent to the Customer to the address he indicated at the time of the order. The price is that in force at the time of the Customer order. Odaje gives off any responsibility for the entry errors of customer information when ordering.
