Who can invest?
Anyone over the age of 18 can invest with Odaje.
How does investing on Crowdcube work?
Investing via CrowdCube is simple. All you have to do is create an account on the platform, view our campaign and decide how much you want to invest. Once your investment has been confirmed, you will receive shares in Odaje, which will entitle you to a share in the company's capital and potentially to returns on your investment if our company prospers.
What happens if the fundraising target is not reached?
If we don't reach our minimum fundraising target, the campaign will be cancelled and all committed funds will be refunded in full to investors. This ensures that you take no risk until the fundraising target is reached.
Is my investment tax-exempt?
Yes, up to 18%. The investment is eligible for the IR-PME tax credit, for French citizens.
