Our Delivery and Returns Conditions
Shipping your package
Be patient, it happens ... Good news if you are in the morning, your package is shipped the same day of the order if it has placed before 11:30 am (excluding weekends and holidays)! And for the most impatient, don't worry, you can follow the shipment of your order with all our carriers, or almost. For orders delivered in shops or those delivered with Mister Pasha, you just have to contact our nice customer service, which will be happy to inform you about the progress of your precious package. Of course, shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. However, if you wish to be delivered outside of mainland France, administrative and / or customs costs can be applied by the carrier. So be clever, think of efficiency, and group all your items in a single order! And offer your friends to order with you! Please note, once the order is placed, we will unfortunately not be able to group two orders placed separately and shipping costs will apply to each of them. You will not say that you were not warned ...
Returns and reimbursement
Aren't you satisfied? Don't panic! If the size does not suit you, or if you have changed your mind (it's a shame), you have a period of 15 days after receiving your order to make the return. But beware, only the products returned in perfect condition, in their origins of origins will be accepted. So don't go dancing with your shoes if you don't want to keep them, we may not take them back after! Small bonus, if you are in Paris, Bordeaux or Toulouse, you can return directly to one of our stalls. To find their addresses, it's here. And for others, know that we are doing our best today to open new stalls everywhere in France. Be patient, Odaje arrives.
Of course, the return costs are our responsibility for returns from Metropolitan France and for European countries below:

To make your return, simply make a request on the order you want to return from your customer account in the "History of your orders" section.

- Click on "Ask a return"
- Following the steps in the process A file will then be open so that you can get a return slip and you can follow all the steps! And voila!
For all orders placed from the rest of the world, we unfortunately cannot yet take the feedback. You can send your package without forgetting to indicate your name, the reason for the return, your order number and a little love word for our teams, at the following address:

And for your money? Don't worry, Odaje is there for you. Your refund (total or partial) will be made to the maximum within 15 working days of receipt of your package. The refund is made by us, and by bank transfer, to the order of the customer in accordance with the information provided when ordering. So fill the information well! Finally, we prefer to specify it, but as you are clever, it is obvious that the products returned damaged, incomplete, salis or without the original packaging will be taken up, exchanged, nor reimbursed. We are nice but still. A final clarification, and not least: do not hesitate too long, because beyond the period of 15 days from delivery, the goods will not be recovered, or reimbursed.
